Alhamdulilah, selesai dah majlis pelancaran MRT. Me - tentunya dengan sekali lagi tugas mencabar untuk menyanyikan lagu tema bagi projek ni rasa cukup lega dengan selesainya majlis tersebut.
Kat belakang pentas and even kat holding room pun, me and Jaclyn Victor was so nervous and we can say separuh panic sebab masing-masing masih lagi tak lancar dengan lirik, sampai last minutes. But it was great to work together with Jac. (interesting fact about Jac, she own quite a number of motorcycles and she came to KLCC today by riding her mom's vespa!)
This is the second time me singing at the launch event after Exora.
What happened on stage? Everything went well. When I steeped out from the giant clock, I seen GMD Prasarana, Shahril Mokhtar gave me a big smile (as he was the one who took me in to SPAD). Then I see datuk Wan Shihab, clapping and telling everyone beside him - "he is one of us!".
Then surely i saw YAB PM watching me singing my first line. And Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar was talking to him, maybe telling PM that I work for SPAD (just a wild guess).
Everything went well even thou during music break, i was not so sure what to do beside switching position with Jac. Then second part of the after chorus, I got one word wrong which later my wife text me asking about that. And she said someone at home who is watching live on RTM TV1 heard the mistake. Harap tak obvious sangat lah...
